  1. Thanks again!

The main reason for manosphere drama is the mere presence of women in it. That’s it; wherever women go, drama inevitably follows.

  2. I am beginning to come around to the fact that this is why women are banned from male space. Cos of this shit. When roosh banned women commentators and men from responding to them suddenly made alot of sense.

  3. Yes, infowarrior1. Because even the good ones engender drama, unfortunately, by their very presence, regardless of their words.

  4. Infowarrior, Will S;

I’m sure there’s enough fault on both sides to go around. However, as Christians, why aren’t you calling both sides to repentance instead of adding fuel on the fire especially over at Matt’s?

It is a sin to encourage dissension and strife instead of promoting repentance and unity in the body. The Scriptures speak very clearly to this.

    Galatians 5 (NASB)

19 Now the deeds of the flesh are evident, which are: [i]immorality, impurity, sensuality, 20 idolatry, sorcery, enmities, strife, jealousy, outbursts of anger, disputes, dissensions, [j]factions, 21 envying, drunkenness, carousing, and things like these, of which I forewarn you, just as I have forewarned you, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.

Right now you’re acting no better than the women you’re saying are bringing drama to the manosphere.

  5. Deep Strength, I don’t see there being equal blame to go around.

If one side has been truthful about who and what she is all about, and the other has misrepresented herself, on what basis can one judge the two of them as morally equivalent?

I do not. And hence I do not act is if they were.

You do what seems right to you, based on your reading of the situation and your Spirit-guidedness, whether you be right or wrong.

    I will do likewise.

    God will indeed judge.

    Well said Deep Strength.

SSM has made an apology over at her other blog..
    Here it is.

“So instead of trying to defend myself, I’ll just conclude this blog by praying instead, and I ask you to do the same.

I pray for God’s protection to surround Laura, Lena, and Matt. I pray He will bless them so that all their needs and their families’ needs are richly supplied, but also that He would pour out comfort and His spiritual guidance upon them in order to draw them unto Himself to be witnesses for His Son. I pray that they would be spoken well of and that no harm will ever come to them or to their reputations or their family members’ reputations. I pray for every good blessing from God to be given to them and for their lives to be filled with peace.

And finally I pray that they – and all readers of my blogs both past and present – will forgive me for any and all offenses that I committed against them, whether intentional or unintentional. I offer this prayer in the name of Jesus Christ.

To God alone be the glory.”

Do they sound like the words of an unrepentant woman?

Unfortunately, haters gonna hate. Repentance will not be enough for them.

  7. I have read very little of Forney’s work. He’s not a spectacular or particularly compelling writer. His website is nicely designed, though.

And I must confess, I felt apprehensive about his doxxing habits long before SSM when you covered the Cynthia Gockley outing in Lightning Round. It’s a very underhanded tactic and it chills speech, especially for people who have something to lose for speaking. In the West today, that’s anybody who has reactionary political opinions. Using your enemy’s dirty tactic (or adopting a frame, shall we say), only gives them more license to use it again and force you to play on their terms, something they’re obviously better at.

Having read the SSM comment, it appeared wildly out of context to the article it was left on (which I later realized was a parody blog and somebody who seems to know who SSM is) and I’m left with the feeling I have little context for the comments, although I’d classify them as extreme. As somebody who was under threat of involuntary revelation myself almost a year ago, the stress is quite high in the situation and any and all actions must be considered in light of that.

My final comment is that for somebody who is trying to get men to stop acting like women, deleting/replacing any and all comments that challenge his opinion (I had to read until Emma’s comment before I hit anything that even remotely attempted to stay objective) and exposing the online private, guarded identity of somebody hidden supposedly to protect family on the behalf of another woman (Lena, whomever that may be…I am unfamiliar with any of her posts) sure seems like a hell of a way to set an example. I think a comment on his post sums it up best.

After putting feelers out there it became clear that if I mentioned names or did anything as bold as you, I would be accused of “girl drama” and never taken seriously.

Ah, but it is girl drama, isn’t it? And this is an internet slapfight between two women (or at least a woman and a proxy of a woman as Matt seems to suggest the straw that broke the camel’s back was comments directed at Lena).

PS don’t doxx me, bro. I’m just a poor boy meekly stating my opinion.

  8. Will S, Info,

I’m not talking about the situation. I’m talking to you.

Regardless of whether one side is fully truthful and one side is fully in the wrong you should be promoting reconciliation and not stirring up strife.

Is commenting that “perfect” on an article that is doxxing a person promoting repentance and reconciliation? Is posting private conversations on someone else’s site not stirring up evil, dissension, and strife?

    1 Corinthians 6 (NASB)

1 Does any one of you, when he has a [a]case against his neighbor, dare to go to law before the unrighteous and not before the [b]saints? 2 Or do you not know that the [c]saints will judge the world? If the world is judged by you, are you not competent to [d]constitute the smallest law courts? 3 Do you not know that we will judge angels? How much more matters of this life? 4 So if you have law courts dealing with matters of this life, [e]do you appoint them as judges who are of no account in the church? 5 I say this to your shame. Is it so, that there is not among you one wise man who will be able to decide between his brethren, 6 but brother goes to law with brother, and that before unbelievers? 7 Actually, then, it is already a defeat for you, that you have lawsuits with one another. Why not rather be wronged? Why not rather be defrauded? 8 On the contrary, you yourselves wrong and defraud. You do this even to your brethren.

Why go and affirm everything on Matt Forney’s site? Isn’t it better to resolve this among Christians. In fact, isn’t it better to promote discussion between the parties that feel wronged by each other privately so it can be resolved?

My plea is for all of the Christians involved in that situation to repent of their willingness to throw each other under the bus. Regardless of who is right or wrong. Regardless of whose feelings are hurt or not. Regardless of what you think of the situation.

I pray that God open your eyes to that.

  9. The “Great Books For Men” blog is really good one and entertaining at the same time. Probably that sort of thing will catch on as a way to get people reading the Holy Bible and the rest of the Classics.

  10. Reference Gay plan to ideologically conquer America: well it merely conquered the elites.
Really anyone so easily intimidated….will be took.

“Fortunately, our blueprint for a counter-response was put in place a couple of thousand years ago.”

Yes and it gets you killed until a Roman Imperator comes along and gives it force – Constantine.

Being Christian and forgiving your enemies is merely a convienent excuse for cowardice and inaction.

Now if you actually die proving how Holy you are you’ll get some respect. DIE. It may be what you’re good for after all. Because so far you’re only good for Christianity’s enemies. And civilizations enemies.

The Greatest Trick the Devil ever pulled was convincing men to turn the other cheek.

  11. @VXXC
Read John 2:13-16, especially pay attention to John 2:15. Can also find the same episode in Matthew 21:12-13, but I like John’s version just a bit better. Meaningless points awarded if you can figure out why.
