Recruitment is going to be the main challenge in those circumstances, the military’s hardware will guarantee its advantage. In fact this purpose is likely the reason military leadership is pushing for more women, similar to how corporate leaders pretended to be moved by the ideals of “diversity” to hire more women, when their real goal was to slash wages
